On 23rd Chaitra 2079, the Youth Development Center organized a Monthly Dialogue Series in collaboration with the Initiative of Change Nepal. The main theme of the event was “Effective Communication Skills,” aimed at empowering young individuals with essential communication techniques.

The program saw active participation from enthusiastic attendees, including members of the Youth Development Center and other participants from Initiative of Change Nepal & Smart Chhori. Various aspects of effective communication, such as active listening, assertiveness, and clarity in expressing ideas, were discussed during the event.

The engaging discussions and interactive activities fostered an environment conducive to learning and skill-building. The exchange of ideas and experiences contributed to enhancing the participants’ communication prowess, enabling them to become more effective communicators in their personal and professional lives.
