A Facilitation Skill Training program was conducted for Smart Chhori at the Youth Resource Development and Training Center. The training was led by facilitator Arun Khadka, along with co-facilitators Puspee Katwal and Neha Agrahari. The initiative aimed to enhance the facilitation skills of the participants, empowering them to effectively lead and support various activities and discussions within the Smart Chhori program.

During the training, participants learned essential facilitation techniques, including communication strategies, active listening, group dynamics, and effective problem-solving. These skills will enable the Smart Chhori members to create a supportive and engaging environment while addressing various issues relevant to their mission.
